Welcome to Tortugas Apartment 

This 3rd floor penthouse condo was recently upgraded, features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living areas that are combined in an open floor plan of 1400 square feet. It is great for a family or very comfortable for two couples. The living area separate the two bedrooms for maximum privacy.

The condo features full size appliances and a spacious well-stocked kitchen for cooking and margarita making. 

Just off the kitchen is the dining area for 6. 

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, chair and access to the balcony with lounge chairs and a small side table.

The living room has a Smart TV .

The master bedroom suite is accented with incredible stained glass art that provides privacy and amazing morning light. It features a King size bed with a quality mattress; cathedral ceiling; a private bathroom with a shower, double vanity and sinks, access to the large balcony with spectacular breezes coming off the beach.

The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed with a quality mattress. 

The bathroom  is conveniently located just outside the guest room door.

Washer and dryer provided for your convenience.

We have beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for our guests. 

About the Complex

Las Tortugas Condos  are 9 luxury condominiums that are spacious, comfortable, and beachside. The common areas feature lush tropical gardens with a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and shade palapa for outdoor enjoyment. 

Beside a beach access, it is just steps to the widest section of Puerto Morelos's beaches just outside your door and the various beach clubs. 

We don't have the ocean view anymore due to the big building under construction. Noise is minimum because we have thick glass doors.

Midweek cleaning service with change of sheets and towels will take place after 7 days of stay. We will be happy to arrange additional cleaning upon request. We are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
