This incredible villa is located in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, a small fishing village between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.Casa South Breeze is located directly on the beach and features four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of which have private bathrooms and oceanside terraces.
In addition to the private terraces, the rooftop features an incredible viewing deck that invites you to sunbathe in privacy and watch the sunrise and sunset.
Its prime location facing the ocean and the seafront provides complete privacy, as well as security in the private pool area with 12 sun loungers and chairs.
The master suite is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.
This master suite also features a comfortable screened-in lanai that opens onto the poolside terrace.
The Southeast Ocean View Room is located on the second floor and features a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a balcony overlooking the garden, and a private oceanfront terrace with seating and a hammock. The Northeast Ocean View Room, also on the second floor, features a queen-size bed, a semi-private bathroom, and a spacious private oceanfront terrace with seating and a hammock.
The fourth bedroom, with a central ocean view, has two twin beds and shares a spacious terrace with the northeast room.

Air conditioners are on timers and are programmed from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. If you require a different schedule, Felix will help you make the necessary adjustments upon request. The stunning private pool with integrated Jacuzzi features a shallow water lounge chair platform, easy-access steps, and a comfortable seating area for reading and relaxing.

Cancún and Playa del Carmen are a 20-minute drive north and south, and other attractions such as Xcaret, Xel-Há, Tulum, Puerto Aventuras, the Crocodile Zoo, and other Mayan ruins are just a short drive away.
