Casa Kenwal features large windows facing the incredible ocean views and breezes. Its large kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. Dining includes 4 bar stools at the kitchen island and a large dining table that seats 8. The living area features comfortable furniture and television with satellite television with DVD. A first floor half-bath completes the first floor common area.

Each bedroom features a deluxe mattresses and custom furniture made from local woods. The first floor bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. The second floor features three additional bedrooms: A street-side bedroom features a King bed, sitting area, and bath. One of two oceanfront bedrooms features a king bed, private bath, and shared terrace. The other features a queen bed, private bath, and shared terrace.

Home has A/C and ceiling fans throughout, as well as wireless high speed internet.

The outside of this attractive home offers lots of amenities to enjoy the best of oceanfront living. A large, covered terrace on the first floor has plenty of outdoor furniture for enjoying breezes and al fresco dining. Enjoying the home's pool, outdoor shower and private beach area is a great way to take advantage of our warm days. Casa Kenwal is situated on a corner lot and surrounded by a lovely flagstone wall for increased privacy. It is also a short walk to Puerto Morelos' town square.

Casa Kenwall's location cannot be beat!  It's within an easy walk to the town square (about 6 minutes).  It's beach is wide, white, and cleaned by the city daily during the winter and every other day in the summer.  

Renters enjoy top service.  An onsite, full time caretaker cleans the pool and common areas.  The home is cleaned daily, with regular laundering of sheets and towels.

The property also includes a small apartment (with its own, separate entrance) for the owner if he happens to be in residence while guests have booked the property.  The caretakers and owner respect your privacy and neither use the pool/beach areas when the house is rented.
